Is it too much or not enough?
We know how important it is to use the right amount of detergent. We often find that our clothes aren't as clean as we'd like, don't smell fresh, or are dry and hard. There are many things that affect how well clothes get washed. Some of them, like how hard the water is, are out of our control, but we can change others. Using too much detergent is one of the most common things that can damage laundry. For the best results, don't use too much detergent. Today, we'll talk about how to measure the right amount of detergent. But first, let's look at the different kinds of detergents you can buy and how to use them.

laundry soap
Since it has chemical bleaches, washing powder is better for washing white clothes. Pour the powder into the detergent dispenser. We suggest using a measuring cup and putting in the amount of powder that is written on the package. Even when the temperature is low, powder detergent cleans clothes well. The only problem you might have is that the powder might leave marks on the clothes if it doesn't dissolve completely. If this happens, you should give the clothes an extra rinse.
Liquid detergent
Liquid detergent is better than washing powder because it dissolves better and doesn't leave marks on the things you wash. It is mostly used for delicate and coloured clothes. It doesn't clean as well as laundry powder, so more of it needs to be used. Here, we also suggest that you use a measuring cup and read the directions on the package. Again, you should put detergent in the dispenser before you wash.
Laundry capsules
Lastly, there is a solution that comes in the form of a detergent in capsules, tablets, or shells, which has the advantage of being able to dole out the right amount automatically. Follow the directions on the package for how many capsules to use for each load of laundry. These capsules, which dissolve in water, go right into the tub of the washing machine. As we said, one benefit is that the detergent and fabric softener are already measured out. On average, they cost more than other types of laundry detergent, but for some people, this is a more convenient option. You get to decide!
